I sincerely apologize for the late notice, but unfortunately due to scheduling and logistic issues, we regret to inform you that The Art of Banksy will not be coming to Cleveland, as previously announced.

1. Exchange your ticket: Exchange your ticket for an Immersive Van Gogh Cleveland ticket (for the same ticket type as your Banksy ticket) and get a free $50 retail gift voucher.*

• If you would like to use your "The Art Of Banksy" ticket to visit Immersive Van Gogh Cleveland, simply use your existing Banksy ticket confirmation (emailed from Universe.com), visit the Immersive Van Gogh box office on the day you would like to attend.
• Take Note: Hours of operations for Immersive Van Gogh Cleveland vary. Please visit www.tickets.vangoghcleveland.com for up to date hours.
• Claiming your $50 retail voucher when attending Immersive Van Gogh. Present your original "The Art of Banksy ticket" when arriving at the venue and your voucher will be given to you.
